My background in the fashion and jewelry industry has helped me gain valuable knowledge of designing with a user centric mindset. I’ve learned that a deep understanding of the user is at the forefront of creating anything intuitive and enjoyable. I’ve also developed a keen eye for detail, where even ½ a millimeter has the power to significantly impact the outcome of the design and the user. 

As Tony Fadell said, “the first secret of design is noticing”. I use my knowledge of empathizing with the user and my eye for detail to notice the micro-interactions that shape digital experiences. I am passionate about problem solving in creative and innovative ways, and crafting meaningful interactions that empower users and enhance their experiences. 

As a UX designer, my mission is not only to create positive, meaningful, and user-centric experiences, but to create value for both the user and the business. I believe that achieving this value ultimately leads to business success through increased customer engagement and retention, and is the epitome of successful UX.

When I’m not designing, I’m usually spending time with my family, which includes 4 senior dogs. I love animals, and being attuned to their needs by paying attention to non-verbal cues helps me to constantly practice empathy and challenges me to grow.
